Your name, email and login details are required if you create an account and are used to perform the account agreement. Where needed, data is shared with cloud and security service providers for website operation, storage and error monitoring, with primary data storage in the EU/EEA. External viewing services have their own privacy policies.

Technical logs are kept as long as needed for troubleshooting and security; incident records are kept until the investigation ends. Backups are deleted through normal rotation.
